1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the u2wallet platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any digital interface we provide — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the u2wallet platform. Continued use of our platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

U2wallet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered members through their registered communication channels.

2 Eligibility & Registration

U2wallet services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited by law.
• Never having been declared bankrupt or currently undergoing insolvency proceedings.
• Not currently enrolled in a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion program.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account closure and cancellation of all funds held in that account.

U2wallet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents typically required include a national ID (MyKad), passport, and proof of current residential address.

3 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at u2wallet. Holding multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring your login credentials remain confidential and are not shared with any other party.
• All activity occurring in your account, including any transactions or bets placed.
• Notifying u2wallet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur to your registered details.

U2wallet uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account also depends on the protective measures you take yourself, including using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with others.

4 Deposits & Payments

U2wallet accepts deposits via a range of recognized and secure payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, interbank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is subject to the account tier and limits set by the chosen payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Deposits made through third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned to the original source.
• U2wallet does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, the payment service provider may apply their own charges.

In the rare event that a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, members are encouraged to contact our support team with proof of transaction for immediate review. We will resolve any deposit-related issues within 24 business hours.

5 Fund Withdrawal

U2wallet members may withdraw funds at any time, provided the following conditions have been fully met:

• The KYC identity verification process has been completed and the account has been fully verified.
• Any applicable bonus rollover requirements have been met.
• There are no ongoing investigations or security reviews on the account in question.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 business hours once the request is approved. In most cases, withdrawals to local Malaysia bank accounts are completed within a few hours. Withdrawals to digital wallets are typically faster than bank transfers.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed through the u2wallet platform are subject to the respective game rules set by the software providers and game operators. Specific rules for each game can be found in the relevant game help or information section.

• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, u2wallet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the amount to the member's account.
• Outcomes generated by an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be contested.
• U2wallet reserves the right to limit or adjust betting limits for any member or game at any time.

For Sports Betting, all results are based on official outcomes issued by the relevant governing body. Any dispute regarding sports betting results must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours of the result being announced.

8 Prohibited Activities

Using the u2wallet platform for any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud, identity impersonation, or use of another person's personal information without authorization.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to exploit games or platform systems.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt u2wallet's technical infrastructure.
• Player collusion in poker or live table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system through unauthorized methods.
• Opening an account on behalf of another individual or using someone else's account.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

11 Liability Limits

The u2wallet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. u2wallet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

U2wallet shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or power outages.
• Losses incurred as a result of inaccurate information or betting decisions made by the member.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the member's own negligence in securing their login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment service providers.

In any circumstance, u2wallet's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where u2wallet is registered and holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration before any formal legal action is taken.

Members agree that any claim or dispute related to the use of the u2wallet platform must be submitted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or consolidated claim.
